Important Notes
- The complimentary benefits are time-limited and shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the certificate commencement date, after which such benefits shall automatically cease. Upon surrender, cancellation, or termination of the certificate, all complimentary benefits shall immediately cease.
- Campaign eligibility is subject to the proposal/application being signed within the Campaign Period and the certificate being issued and remaining in force, in accordance with the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- The complimentary benefits are subject to applicable exclusion, waiting periods as set out in the Campaign Terms and Conditions and policy document.
