Staying Fit While You Sit

When the going gets tough, it’s important to take some time out for ‘self-care’ and stay active. Staying active is an essential part to keep our mind and body revitalise and strong. Besides, it also helps us to feel good about ourselves. That is why we have teamed up with fitness personalities, Joanna Soh and Hazli Bojili, to host a workout session virtually on Facebook to help people stay active while staying home.

To wake those muscles up, the 30 minutes fun sweat session featured home workout routines using home equipment, like chair and towel as workout props. Joanna, a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach, also shared some easy-to-follow tips to help participants train according to their body type.

Lucky participants also walked away with Lazada and GrabFood e-vouchers worth up to RM400.
