The Sun Lifers’ Wellness Carnival, held on 13 September, was a resounding success! It blended fitness and fun seamlessly, and we are thrilled by the fantastic turnout from Sun Lifers.
Throughout the day, the mezzanine floor at our KL HQ office buzzed with activities, from body composition consultations, quick physiotherapy fixes, to the healing massage therapy by the visually-impaired masseuse and lively mini zumba sessions led by celebrity instructor, Zin Sisi.
The ‘Food & Fitness Talk’ session was enlightening, thanks to wellness coach Paresh Subramaniyam and nutritionist Gan Xin Yee. They shared valuable insights on the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle along with some guilt-free ways to enjoy our favourite Malaysian food, which are easy to follow.
