PAM Agency had an excellent start to the new year by hosting the much-anticipated ‘Kick-off’ event on 4 January, followed by the unique expedition to Sabah, Borneo for 32 qualifiers from 16 to 19 January.
The ‘Kick Off’ event transformed the ballroom of Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara into a vibrant space, with attendees dressed to impress in ‘Rock Star’ attire. The presence of our CEO, Raymond Lew; Deputy CEO, Ho Teck Seng, and Chief Agency Officer (CAO), Ashley Goh, added a touch of prestige to the occasion.
Over 150 advisors filled the room with excitement as they awaited the announcement of the recipients for the ‘2023 Sun Top Achievers Awards’ as well as the STAR qualifiers, Top Recruiters, and 2024 MDRT qualifiers. The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the 2024 sales contest and campaigns, setting ambitious goals for the year.
Following this exhilarating event, 32 qualifiers from our PAM Agency channel embarked on a four-day Borneo expedition. Led by Ashley, the group experienced a seamless blend of strategy planning and exciting water activities at the enchanting Gaya Island, Sabah.
They kicked-started the expedition with an exhilarating snorkelling adventure at the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, followed by a memorable dinner at Malohom Bay with the theme ‘The Singgah Singgarung Night,’ celebrating local traditions and fostering camaraderie. Advisors also explored Kota Kinabalu’s vibrant markets, indulging in retail therapy and experience the Borneo essence.
These events exemplified Sun Life Malaysia's commitment in recognising and rewarding excellence, setting the stage for a year filled with elevated milestones.
