Sun Life Malaysia's Chinese New Year festivities kicked off with vibrant energy as Sun Lifers gathered to welcome the Year of the Dragon. Excitement filled the air as they came together for this highly anticipated event, setting the stage for a prosperous year ahead.

The celebration began with a mesmerising lion dance performance, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of drums to usher in blessings of luck and prosperity for all.

CEO Raymond's opening address echoed the strength and determination symbolised by the Dragon, inspiring all Sun Lifers to approach the new year with renewed energy and passion. His words deeply resonated, igniting a collective sense of purpose and enthusiasm among Sun Lifers.

Additionally, the Management Committee led a Lou Sang Toss ceremony, symbolising shared hopes for prosperity and abundance in the coming year.

Dressed in vibrant red, Sun Lifers enjoyed delicious food together, forging stronger bonds and creating cherished memories that will endure long after the festivities have ended.

The Elite Agency Award Dinner 2023, which took place on 5th February 2024 at the exquisite Diamond Ballroom in EQ KL, was a resounding success. The event, attended by representatives from various agencies, celebrated testament to the pinnacle of distribution excellence, marking the third consecutive year of celebrating the stellar achievements of our top-performing agencies.

The prestigious occasion was honoured by the presence of our esteemed CEO, Raymond Lew, DCEO Ho Teck Seng, CDO Alvis Wee, and several other key members of the senior management committee.

A total of 178 awards were presented, shining a spotlight on the remarkable accomplishments of our advisors. Among them, 25 individuals were honoured with the Million Dollar Round Table accolade, while 6 attained the prestigious Top of the Table (TOT) titles.

Additionally, 24 high-achievers from Q4 2023 CEO Awards were celebrated. Furthermore, 8 agencies, whose contributions exceeded 1 million to Sun Life Malaysia in 2023, earned the esteemed Million Dollar Agency award.

The evening was filled with applause and recognition as we celebrated the dedication and tireless efforts of our advisors throughout 2023. Congratulations to all our winning advisors! Your commitment to excellence continues to inspire us all.
 

Sun Life Malaysia’s management team members kick-started 2024 with an invigorating and engaging off-site meeting held at the Mangala Estate Boutique Resort, Pahang from 29 to 31 January 2024. The meeting was an annual strategy session, where all divisions converged with a common vision to achieve our Thrive in 5 ambitions.

Under the banner of "Inspire. Impact. Together", the event not only set the strategic agenda for the year but also embodied the cohesive spirit that defines our organisational ethos.

Before diving into the brainstorming meetings and discussions, participants engaged in an adrenaline-pumping ‘Auto Hunt’ challenge. As participants navigated through various challenges, it also injected a sense of fun and collaboration.

With our collective resolve and shared vision, 2024 is poised to be a transformative year for Sun Life Malaysia. Together, let's make it a milestone in our journey towards success.
